OWCA welcomes families, young adults, and first-time volunteers who want to learn, explore, and care for the Obed River watershed together. Many volunteer opportunities are designed to be family-friendly, beginner-friendly, and flexible.
These opportunities often include:
Short, one-time volunteer activities
Outdoor events where children are welcome with a supervising adult
Hands-on learning through stewardship and exploration
No prior experience is required. Families and young volunteers are encouraged to participate at a level that fits their interests and availability.
